Refund and Return Policy
At FULJI TRADING INC., we take pride in delivering high-quality food packaging products that meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you. Please read our Refund and Return Policy for information on how to return items and request refunds.
Returns
Eligibility:
You return most new, unopened food packaging products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused. It must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Due to the nature of food packaging products, returns are only accepted for items that are defective. They are also accepted if they are damaged or incorrectly supplied.
How to Start a Return:
- Contact Us: Start your return process by reaching out to our customer service team at Sales@fuljitrading.com or +1506 854 4117. Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will also provide instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Package and Ship Your Item: Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Include all original packaging and clearly mark your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
- Return Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.
REFUNDS
Refund Processing:
After your return is received, it will be inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (e.g., if the item is returned not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at Sales@fuljitrading.com or +15068544117.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at Sales@fuljitrading.com or +15068544117 to arrange the exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may be non-returnable due to health and safety regulations. This includes any food packaging products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Custom-made or personalized packaging products and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to: 18, Halifax street, Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada, E1C9P7. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
